After the first-ever mandatory training audit initiative by me. Weee! needed to quickly rollout training solutions to fulfill states requirement and make sure all employee are compliant in Sexual Harassment Training and Mandatory Safety Training.

ONLINE COACHING PROGRAM - DEI PROGRAM
Background
For my capstone project at USC's Learning, Design, and Technology Master's program, I created an online blended course for non-profit organizations that serve underserved and underprivileged female Asian immigrants.
The course focuses on mindset strategies to break the bamboo ceiling and address inequality and imbalances of power in the workplace for the target learners.
